These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JeePredictor (jeepredictor.online) and related services operated by Ruvik ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use JeePredictor.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the site. If you are under 18, you may use JeePredictor only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You represent that the information you provide to us (for example, when contacting support) is accurate and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Our services

JeePredictor offers free online tools to help users estimate JEE ranks, percentiles, and college eligibility using historical NTA and JoSAA data, editorial content, and related educational resources. We may add, change, or remove features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

No affiliation with NTA or JoSAA

JeePredictor is an independent educational product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the National Testing Agency (NTA), Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA), CSAB, any IIT, NIT, IIIT, or government counselling body. Official results, ranks, cutoffs, and seat allotments are published only through official channels such as jeemain.nta.ac.in and josaa.nic.in.

Not professional advice

All content and tool outputs are for general information and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, counselling, or admission guarantees. Decisions about examinations, college choices, and counselling should be made using official data and, where appropriate, qualified advisors. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

Prediction and data accuracy

Predictions are generated using statistical models, historical cutoffs, and publicly available datasets. Actual ranks, percentiles, and seat outcomes depend on examination difficulty, normalization, policy changes, and factors outside our control. We do not warrant that any prediction will match official NTA or JoSAA results. Always verify outcomes on official portals before relying on them for counselling or life decisions.

Client-side calculations

Many tools run entirely in your browser. We do not receive your exam inputs from those tools for the purpose of performing the calculation. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle other information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or overload the site; scrape or harvest data except as permitted by robots.txt or written permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; interfere with security or availability; use automated means to abuse tools; impersonate others; upload malware; use the site for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes; or reverse engineer the site except where law expressly allows.

Intellectual property

The JeePredictor name, branding, website design, software, text, graphics, and original datasets or compilations (except third-party or government materials) are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent, except as allowed by law.

Trademarks of third parties (including IIT, NIT, NTA, and JoSAA names and logos) belong to their respective owners. Reference to third-party institutions or data does not imply endorsement.

User submissions

If you send us feedback, bug reports, or contact messages, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve JeePredictor. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information you do not want us to process.

Third-party services

The site may integrate or link to third-party hosting, analytics, advertising, or other services. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JeePredictor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ruvik and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or admission opportunities, arising from or related to your use of JeePredictor, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the site shall not exceed the greater of (a) INR 5,000 or (b) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero for free use), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ruvik and its personnel from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to JeePredictor at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or harms the site, users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable consumer protection rules, courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the site, and you consent to such jurisdiction.

General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms on specific tools, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding JeePredictor.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the site.
